How a member renews their membership

If the membership has already expired

1. Log in to SDNA here (If you do not know your login details click the Forgot Password link, if you cannot retrieve you details, please email helpdesk@canoe.org.au)

2. If you have multiple memberships, you will be asked to select which membership you want to renew by clicking “Choose role”

3. You will then need to fill out the membership renewal form. You details will be automatically populated with your details but there are certain things that need you to check.

  • You must make sure that the correct club is selected

 

  • You will need to confirm your email to ensure our records are up to date

  • Make sure your state is selected in your address

  • Select the club category you want:

  • Add your emergency contact details

  • Read the T&Cs and confirm that you agree to them. Then click “Go to Payment Summary page”

  • Select your payment type and click “Pay Now”

  • If your club requires approval of membership then your membership will be marked as pending approval.
  • If your club does not require approval your membership will be activated if you pay via credit card, if you pay via EFT, Cash or Cheque your membership will be marked as pending and will be activated when your club confirms your membership. (clubs can chose which payment options they accept and so may these payment methods may vary)

 

If expiry is in the future

2. In the left hand menu click on the “Renew your membership” button (if this is not there please email helpdesk@canoe.org.au)
